During the XNPIG 2024 (8. - 12. April) in Shenzhen, China, Jakob Häusele was given the William H.F. Talbot award for his presentation "X-ray Dark-Field Computed Tomography at the Human-Scale:  Challenges and Implementation of a First Prototype"

The third William H. F. Talbot Award was given to Jakob Häusele for his exceptional contribution to the advancement of X-ray and neutron phase imaging with gratings, through his outstanding technical developments, as evidenced by the presentation at XNPIG2024 and supporting publications.
